Warning!
Pure argon "Ar", sometimes helium "He", as well as their mixture in
various proportions is used most often as a protective gas.
Example: argon + helium "40%Ar+60%Не".
DO NOT
use flammable gases! The use of other gases - only after the equipment
manufacturer approval.
The procedure for preparing the machine to work:
- to insert the burner cable into the source socket

- to connect the "ground" terminal to the product;
- to install the reducer on the gas cylinder;
- to connect the burner gas hose to the gas cylinder pressure regulator;
- to open the gas cylinder valve, check the tightness;
- connect the mains cable to the three-phase mains;
- to put the automatic switch

on the rear panel in the “|” position;
- using button

, to set the ARG "TIG" welding mode, the modes are switched in a
circle;
- using buttons
2
, to set the current main parameter - arc current;
- if necessary, you can adjust the additional functions of the welding process (for
the order of change, see clause 6.1).
Warning!
Argon burner should be of valve type, with a bayonet connector Ø13
mm. Choose the maximum burner current according to your operating
requirements.
Warning!
A common mistake is to sharpen the electrode in the "needle", while the
arc has the ability to "wag" from side to side. The correct sharpening is a slightly
blunt nose and the less "heels" that can withstand the set current, the better.
Remember that at high arc currents, a very sharpened electrode melts easily, due
to the low heat transfer. "Risks" from sharpening should be located along the
electrode axis.
