5.3.4. I/O Board Setup
In this section, you will find detailed information on setting up your I/O Board,
including an explanation of contact descriptions and their associated functions.
I/O Contact Function
Contact (pins)
Description
RLY1 (1 and 2)
N.O. Relay 1 output Configurable OPEN or Vehicle detected
RLY2 (3 and 4)
N.O. Relay 2 output Configurable CLOSED or Vehicle detected
AUX IN (5 and 6)
N.C. Safety device input The current movement is stopped if the pins
are opened. No commands are accepted while the contacts are
open.
CLOSE IN (5 and 7)
Close command input If the contacts are closed the Barrier will
move up (close). The Barrier will remain closed as long as the
contacts are closed.
OPEN IN (5 and 8)
Open command input If the contacts are closed the Barrier will move
down (open). The Barrier will remain open as long as the contacts
are closed.
Output configuration
The functions of RLY1 and RLY2 outputs are configured via jumpers J1 and J2. The
available output functions are described in the table below.
