If the Barrier detects that the vehicle is parked too close to or above the Barrier, the
message CAR ON TOP will be displayed. In this case, it is possible to raise the Barrier
by clicking on the car icon and pressing FORCED WORK in the dialog box. Only the
administrator/owner of the Barrier can do this.
The Barrier will ignore all obstacles, so make sure the Barrier path is clean before
clicking FORCE OPERATE.
