Current Multicast Groups
The Current Multicast Groups option displays all active Layer 2+ multicast groups
configured for the BitStorm 2400.

The following information is available for each multicast group:
Click on Next to view the next page of multicast groups or click on Refresh to
refresh the list.
Ingress Filtering
This field allows you to Enable or Disable ingress filtering on this
port. When this is enabled, the BitStorm 2400 will discard incoming
frames for VLANs, which do not include this port in its member set.
When disabled, the port will accept all incoming frames.
GVRP
GARP VLAN Registration Protocol. This field allows you to Enable
or Disable GVRP operation on this port. If disabled, all GVRP
packets on this port will be silently discarded and no GVRP
registrations will be propagated from other ports.

VID
VLAN ID. This field indicates the VLAN ID for this group.
Group MAC Address
This field indicates the MAC Address for this group in
hexadecimal.
Port Member Status
The remaining portion of this row indicates the state of each port
for this group. There is a string of twelve characters in this field
with each character representing one port on the switch. The first
character represents port one, the second character represents
port two, etc. The character for a specific port represents the
state it is in for this group. The following states are defined:

M: Member

F: Forbidden
