Setting Voice search

Tap Apps from the Home Screen and tap Settings > Language &
input > Voice Search .

Tap Language , select and tap a language that will be used for the
input language.

Tap SafeSearch , and tap Off , Moderate or Strict for filtering input
language.

Tap Block offensive words to hide recognized offensive voice results.
It is selected by default.
Setting output options

Tap Apps from the Home Screen and tap Settings > Language &
input > Text-to-speech output .

Tap next to Google Text-to-speech , and adjust settings.

Tap Speech rate , and select and tap an option.

Tap Listen to an example to check an example.
Setting pointer speed

Tap Apps from the Home Screen and tap Settings > Language &
input > Pointer speed .

Adjust the pointer speed using the control bar and tap OK .
Backing up and restoring data

Tap Apps from the Home Screen and tap Settings > Backup &
reset .

Tap Back up my data to back up your data.

Tap Backup account and tap an account to keep your data. Tap Add
account to add a new account, and follow the instructions.

Tap Automatic restore to restore backed-up data for an application.

Tap Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything to erase all
data from the phone and follow the instructions.

Allowing date and time to be set automatically

Tap Apps from the Home Screen and tap Settings > Date & time.

Tap Automatic date & time .
Note
Set date, Select time zone and Set time will not work if you
tap Automatic date & time .
