Receiving Method Setup [210]
This item lets you set the receiving mode when calls are
received from the destination.
Move the cursor to the desired item parameter and select the
item mode by pressing the Direction buttons.
• RECEIVING MODE
AUTO
: Calls are received automatically.
MANUAL
:
Calls can be received by pressing the DIAL
button.
The factory default setting is AUTO.
• RINGER
ON
:
Enables alert tone when a call is received.
OFF
:
Disables alert tone when a call is received.
The factory default setting is ON.
• The alert tone can be adjusted with the Ringer
Volume Control on the front panel, but cannot be
decreased to zero. If you wish to turn the alert off, set
the parameter to OFF in the RINGER item.
• The alert tone rings twice even in the automatic
receiving mode.
