: Picture Noise - Many vertical lines are seen all over the screen.
Cause:
The voltage of the address period of the Scan Drive Signal at pin 8 of
connector SC20/D20 has dropped. The problem is the D board.

Cause:
The VSET (Initialization) pulse of the Scan Drive signal at pin 9 of
connector SC20/D20 has dropped. The problem is the D board.
