Production Settings

Preparation for Production
A series of operations can be performed interactively by using this function. You can also decide
whether to perform each operation.
UNLOCK
+ Product preparation
The production preparation starts.
Operation items setting
You can perform the setting for each operation
item. Only an engineer can use this function.
• The following screen is displayed.
Production Preparation Setup
Set under support
The conveyor width is widened, and the table
is retracted to the specified position (inner or
front side). The support is set there.
Change squeegee
The squeegee moves to the front (origin
position) and opens. The squeegee is ex-
changed there.
Set mask
The mask is set. After set, the mask recogni-
tion is performed automatically, so check the
position.
Supply solder
Solder is supplied. This is enabled only when
the solder auto-supply unit is used.
Print to smooth paste
The solder is leveled. Check the printing form,
etc. here.
Counter reset
Enter the number of boards when specifying
the production count.
The production information, paste count and
cleaning count are reset.
Can be set as long as “Set under support” is ON.
Specify the operation required
for the production preparation.
