Scan to Printer
Ensure that you have added at least one printer to the system. If
necessary, see
Step 4: Printer Configuration
. Also confirm that the
scanner and printer are turned on, and then proceed as follows:
1.
Place document
on scanner ADF.
2.
Press [
Scan to Printer
].
3.
Select [
Favorites
] tab, for example.
4.
Select
printer
.
5.
Press [
Continue
].
Scanning options screen displays…
6.
Adjust scan settings, if necessary.
7.
Press [
Scan & Print
].
Note:
n
To cancel the operation, i.e., prevent print out, press [
Cancel
].

If you want to confirm scan results before print out, press [
Preview
].
Press [
Back
], place document on scanner ADF, and repeat steps

.
8.
After document prints out, scan another document or press [
Back
] >
[
Cancel
] to return to
Main Menu
.
Important:
If the error message at right appears, the credentials for the
computer where the printer is located may have been changed. See
Note
under
Manually Add Printer via [Favorites] Tab
