Step 4:
Printer Configuration
1.
Press [
Scan to Printer
].
Note
: This button is automatically enabled (visible) on the
Main Menu
.
2.
To scan the network for shared printers, press [
Detect
].
Note
: Discovered printers can be added to the [
Favorites
] tab by selecting
the devices in the list and pressing [
Add to Favorites
].
Important:

Automatic discover may not be supported by every local network,
thus manual configuration may be necessary.
Manually Add Printer via [Favorites] Tab
a.
Press [
Favorites
] tab.
b.
Press [
+
] button.
c.
Press open field to display keyboard.
d.
Enter
Shared Printer Name
(IP address of the printer
[e.g.,
http://192.168.1.8
), and press [
Add
].
e.
Press [
OK
].
