Phone does not recognise my
NFC card (NFC tag)
•
The phone cannot register or detect NFC cards if the phone’s NFC
feature is turned off. To confirm the setting, tap in the Home screen
and then tap
[Settings]
®
[More…]
, and then make sure the
[NFC]
checkbox is turned on.
•
An NFC card registered for use with the screen lock feature cannot
be registered for use with
[NFC Starter]
, and vice versa.
•
Certain NFC cards may not be able to be registered.

Screen is too dark
•
Adjust the screen brightness setting. See
“Adjusting the screen brightness manually” (page 19).
•
If eco mode is enabled, either adjust the eco mode setting for
automatically dimming the screen or charge the battery. See
“Changing the eco mode settings” (page 21).
Forgot how to unlock the screen
•
If you forgot the unlock pattern, and if you have a Google account
registered to the phone, you can unlock the screen by tapping
[Forgotten pattern?]
and entering your Google account information.
•
If you forgot the PIN or password, contact your regional Panasonic
service centre.
Phone is hot during use or when
charging
•
When you use apps that require a large amount power or when you
use the phone for an extended period of time while charging it, the
phone may feel hot to the touch. This is normal and should not affect
the phone’s life span or performance.
Touch panel screen does not
turn on as expected
•
Press
(power) or tap and hold
.
•
A foreign object is interfering with the proximity sensor. Remove any
protective covers from the screen that may be interfering with the
touch panel screen’s functionality.
Cannot open or receive a file
•
The phone does not support the file type, or there is not enough
available memory to receive the file.
Cannot play certain songs
•
Confirm that the file type is supported by the phone.
No sound is heard
•
Confirm that silent mode is turned off. See
“Turning silent mode on and off” (page 20).
•
Confirm that the volume is turned up.
Camera pictures and videos are
blurry
•
Make sure the camera lens is clean and not smudged.
•
When taking pictures of people, set the focus mode to
[Face]
(see
“[Focus Mode]” (page 51)) or set the
[Scene]

[Portrait]
