(1) Pull the Developer Release Lever (3823) out and
turn it clockwise, then turn it counter-clockwise to
reset.
(2) Ensure that the Developer unit is installed
properly by checking 2 Guide Pins are in the
right side of the oval holes.

Check the Scanner mechanism.
* Reset the Developer Unit as shown
in the Illustration below.

Replace the paper.
Are there any foreign particles or
stains blocking the Laser Unit
path?

1. Remove the particles from the
laser beam path or clean the stains.
2. Replace the LSU.
Is the HVPS normal?
1. Check all connectors and
voltages on the HVPS.
2. Replace the HVPS.

Clean or replace the rollers.
Paper Travel
Are the Fuser and Pressure Roller
surfaces clean?
Replace the OPC/Developer Unit.
