the number if E-mails waiting to be sent exceeds 100, new
E-mails will not be created. Click [Delete] in [Delete Messages
Waiting to be Sent] under [E-mail Settings] in [Preferences] to
delete waiting messages.

The registration screen is still
displayed after registering the
software and starting the operation
