The correct level of accuracy can only be expected at the pH value at which the 1-point calibration is performed.
The greater the distance from the point of calibration, the lower the probability that the accuracy will be within
specification. Therefore, if these bioreactors demonstrate a greater distance, then Pall’s recommendation is that
the bioreactors can only be used under mitigation actions, specifically manual pH control. Our dedicated
Application team can give you support for these mitigation actions.
