5. Check that the flush outlet port on the single-use system is not open
(see Figures 17 and 18 below).

6. Carefully lift up the overhanging front section of the mixer biocontainer and close the doors,
starting with the left hand side door first, ensuring the system locating plate is located
under the closed door (Figure 19).
