Temperature Display
With the system in the OFF position, press the Thermostat button and the Mode
button at the same time to change from degrees F to C. Look at the LCD display
on the remote to verify that a C or F is visible to the right of the Room Temperature
display (Figure 7 and Figure 8)
Turning ON the Fireplace
To start the fireplace, press the ON/OFF button on the Remote Control.
The Remote Control display will show the FLAME icon (Figure 9) and a
HI flame setting on the screen. At the same time the module will confirm
reception of the command with a single “beep” and will start the ignition
cycle of the fireplace. A second “beep” will be heard approximately 15 seconds
after the first one to confirm command.
Turning OFF the Fireplace
To turn OFF the fireplace, press the ON/OFF button on the Remote
Control. The Remote Control display will change to show only the room
temperature in the top right corner (Figure 10). At the same time the
module will confirm reception of the command with a single “beep” and
will turn OFF the fireplace. A second beep will be heard approximately 15 seconds
after the first one to confirm command.
