involving extinguished hearth, start cleaning mechanism at the time set in the para-

meter TIME OPENING THE MECHANISM and run the fan with the power specified

in the parameter SPEED FAN. THE CLEANING. After switching off the engine out-

put controller also disables the fan and counts time set in the parameter TIME

CLOSING MECHANISM, then take a normal job.

COMBI 2

– a mode similar to COMBI; the difference is that when the clearing device

is turned on, the blower always operates with the capacity programmed in the para-

meter BLOWER SPEED RATE AT CLEANING, regardless of the current stage of

operations (except emergencies).

PERFEKT

– the burners of the UNI-MAX line are of step grate type. In addition, the

mobile grating unit, which has the shape of the 'drawer', is protected by a patent.

The step grating in large devices is divided into two drawers independent of one

another and each of them with its own supply. The top drawer is connected with the

standard autocleaning output, and the bottom one – with an additional output (AUTO

ASH-REMOVAL). In high power burners of the Perfect line ash-removal signal oc-

curs together with the shift of the bottom drawer.

CYCLE x K

– the Perfect line burners (the ones with the ash-removal function) and

UNI-MAX with the so called double drawer only are equipped with the shifting gra-

ting. Then the top grating operates in the CYCLE mode, and the bottom one is tur-

ned on accordingly less often – depending on the SECOND MECHANISM K

DIVISOR parameter. If K is 2, the bottom drawer is turned on at every second move

of the top drawer (AUTO ASH-REMOVAL). In other case, both mechanisms (units)

operate together during full cleaning. Perfect line burners can work both in the conti-

nuous and intermittent modes of work.

VIP

– line burners consist of one drawer only and operate in VIP mode – standard

CYCLE mode is turned on periodically to perform slight jump of the grate during bur-

ner operation, but when the burner operation ceases, the grate draws back entirely

cleaning itself by disposing ash and slag and then it shifts to the starting position.

The full cleaning is carried out with the blower on. Additionally, to limit the gas emis-

sion, while cleaning in the VIP mode during burner operation, blower speed rate is

increased by the specified value.

6.2 Cleaning mechanism work time

– this parameter is available only when the

cleaning mechanism is activated (CYCLE, ROTO or COMBI. mode). It defines the ti-

me needed to complete the full mechanism to open or move to end position.

6.3 Cleaning mechanism retraction time

– this parameter is available only when

the cleaning mechanism is activated (CYCLE, ROTO or COMBI. mode). It specifies

the time required for the mechanism retraction to the rest position after turning off

the control output.

6.4 Cleaning mechanism pause time

– this parameter is available only when the

cleaning mechanism is activated (CYCLE, ROTO or COMBI. mode). It specifies the

time interval between successive repetition of the cleaning cycle.
