OXE 150/200 HP SERVICE MANUAL

THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT

Remove the pressure pipe retainer

(1)

and the clamp

(2)

Remove the pressure pipe intercooler retainer

(3)

Remove the pressure pipe assembly.

Remove the turbo water outlet

(4)

Loosen screws

(5)

, washers

(6)

, and thermostat housing lid

(7)

Remove thermostat

(8)

and gasket

(9)

Install a

new

thermostat.

NOTE!

Install a

new

gasket.

Reinstall the thermostat housing lid with 4 screws and washers.
Tighten to

9 Nm (14 lb ft).

Fill up according to

Filling coolant
