DANGER

Always wear safety goggles when working with fuel in order to protect the
eyes from fuel splash.

Remove the air filter. See

Check lower belt tension

Remove the timing belt. See

Timing belt removal

Remove the upper belt drive. Refer to

Upper belt assembly removal

Undo and remove the crankcase ventilation hose

(1)

from the oil trap and the

bolts

(2)

holding the oil trap bracket and remove the cooling hose

(3)
