OIL PUMP REPLACEMENT

NOTE!

  Pry loose the radial seal from the oil pump using a suitable tool 

without damaging the sealing surfaces.

Remove the oil pump radial seal

5. 

Remove the eight oil pump bolts 

(9)

. Unscrew the stud from 30-0160-016 

fixing tool.

6. 

Remove the oil pump 

(1)

.

7. 

Remove the oil pump gasket 

(2)

.

8. 

Remove and  discard the front radial seal.

9. 

Clean the threads and all of the gasket surfaces.
