Programming the SMLC

CoDeSys - Task configuration

•

By default there are no tasks in a
CoDeSys program and the
target scan time is 10msec.

•

If you wish to change this or add
additional tasks you go to the
Task Configuration page of the
Resources tab.

•

To add a task right-click on Task
Configuration

•

Give your new task a name, in
this example we call it MainTask.

•

Set the task type and target scan
rate.

•

Freewheeling means run as fast
as possible.

•

Don’t create more than one
freewheeling task.
