Scan Type
The radio has 2 scan types: Normal Scan and Priority Scan.

Normal Scan:
Scans all favourite channels in the selected channel group.

Priority Scan:
Sequentially scans all favourite channels while monitoring Channel
16.

Scan Timer
Scan Timer can be set as OFF or ON.
When set to OFF, when a signal is detected on a channel, the scan pauses until the
signal disappears, and then resumes.
When set to ON, when a signal is detected on a channel, the scan pauses for 5
seconds, and then resumes. If the signal disappears in less than 5 seconds, the
scan immediately resumes.
