Setting of Quiet Bit (QB)
The QB Command is used to set the Quiet Bit. If this bit is enabled, no responses are returned
for commands (except the EAS Check Command).

This function can be used with Controller software versions 1.5 or later. The software ver-
sion can be read with the Version Command (VS).
