3.2 Connection of Infrared and Blue Light Filter Unit

MAJ-2308 INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Ch.3

NOTE

The lock screws (× 2) of the cover do not separate from the cover even when they 
are loosened completely.

Remove the cover by sliding it all the way in the direction of the arrow.

CAUTION

Do not slide the filter unit by force while the lock screws are not completely free. If 
the filter unit cannot be slid due to the drag of a screw(s), pull the screw(s) so that 
both screws are completely free. Otherwise, equipment damage may result.

NOTE

Keep the removed cover carefully because it will be reused after the filter unit has 
been disconnected from the surgical microscope.

Align the top edge of the filter unit with the index line on the surgical microscope and 
fit the filter unit into the surgical microscope by pushing the filter unit in the direction of 
the arrow.
