Specifies the type of image that is recorded when a record op-
eration is performed with the [FRZ/REC] button. Long-pressing
the [FRZ/REC] button performs one of the following opera-

Freeze screen : Record still image only.

The sharpness level increases in the order of "-1, 0, 1 and 2”.

measurement area" (P. 60) and "Measuring the distance to the
measurement area by spot ranging" (P. 61).

SATURATION

Adjusts the color of the image

• MONOTONE : Displays the image in monochrome.
• NATURAL

: Displays the standard observed image.

• VIVID

: Emphasizes the entire image.
