You can record
several different types of outgoing messages

OGM 1
, which has a maximum length of 20 seconds, prompts the
caller to leave a message on the TAD. For example:

You can leave a message after the beep or press the Start button
on your fax machine if you want to send a fax. Thanks.
OGM 2
, which has a maximum

of 10 seconds, may be
recorded:

to inform the caller that the answering device cannot receive
messages because its memory is full. For example:
