Sending to multiple destinations (broadcast
transmissions)
The same document can be sent to multiple destinations with a single opera-
tion.
If all of the desired destinations are selected when sending the fax, the same
document will be sent to each of the specified destinations. A broadcast
transmission can be specified as a timer transmission.
Use any of the following methods to specify destinations for broadcast trans-
missions.
Selecting from registered destinations (up to 500 destinations) (page 3-7)
Directly typing in the address (up to 100 destinations, including the desti-
nations with an LDAP search) (page 3-8)
Selecting with an LDAP search (up to 100 destinations, including the des-
tinations with direct input) (page 3-10)
Selecting a group destination (page 3-7)
Selecting a program destination (page 3-21)

When the broadcast transmission destinations include both G3 fax
and Internet fax destinations, the document cannot be sent with the
[Super Fine] Resolution setting (400 × 400 dpi).
