Determine whether toner saving is to be per-
formed furing fax printing.
When a LAN/PC printer is used, this setting is
ignored and the command from the host is ex-
ecuted.

When T/F, TAD, or Parallel pickup is operatimg
in CNG signal detection processing, this setting
can be shifted to the facsimile reception mode at
the time of number of CNG signal detedction
