Function and its terms
A compressor running command is given, when
•
the temperature of the accumulator’s upper part
(meas.10)
drops below the [“
Upper part setting
” - (“Accumulator Upper part
hysteresis“/2)]
or
•
the temperat. of the accumulator’s lower part (
meas. 11
) drops below [controller indicated H1 supply water tempe 5° C
- “Accumulator Lower part hysteresis”]
or
•
the temperature of the accumulator’s lower part (
meas. 11
) drops below the “Accumulator Lower part MIN “ setting.
The compressor stops running, when
•
the temperat. of the accumulator’s upper part (
meas. 10
) rises above the [“
Upper part setting
” + (“Accumulator Upper part
hysteresis“/2]
and
•
the temp. of the accumulator’s lower part (
meas. 11
) rises above the [controller indicated H1 supply water tempe 5° C]
and
•
the temperature of the controller’s lower part (
meas. 11
) rises above the [“ Accumulator Lower part MIN” + “Accumulator Lower
part hysteresis“] temperature.
Compressor running is inhibited,
•
if a 3-phase compressor is used and less than 5 minutes have elapsed since the previous run
•
if a 1-phase compressor is used and less than 10 minutes have elapsed since the previous run
•
if the hot gas temperature measurement (
meas. 12
) is connected and the temperature of the hot gas rises above 125°C
•
(the compressor starts running when the temperature drops to 122° C).
•
if the temp. of the accumulator’s upper part (
meas. 10
) exceeds 95° C (overheat alarm, the compressor starts running when
the temperature has dropped to 85° C)
•
if the temperature of the accumulator’s lower part (
meas. 11
) exceeds the calculated “Lower part maximum limit” (53...55°C).
•
The compressor starts up when the temperature of the accumulator’s lower part has dropped 3° C below the calculated
“Lower part maximum limit”
The electrical heating resistor switches on if
•
The temperature of the compressor’s upper part (
meas. 10
) is below [“
Upper part setting
” - (“Accumulator Upper part hys-
teresis“/2) - “Upper part hysteresis El. heat. ”]
or
•
the temp. of the accumulator’s upper part (
meas. 10
) is below the [controller indicated H1 supply water temperature - ”Upper
part hysteresis El. heat. ”]
or
•
Compressor alarm is active and an attempt has been made to restart the compressor after a delay of 7 min (3 ~ compressor) or
10 min (1 ~ compressor). After this, an attempt is made to start the compressor every 60 minutes.
The electrical heating resistor switches off, when
•
the temperature of the accumulator’s upper part (
meas. 10
) rises above the [“Upper part setting” - (“Accumulator Upper part
hysteresis“/2)]
and
•
the temperature of the controller’s upper part is above the [controller indicated H1 supply water temperature]
Control of the electrical heating resistor always ends
•
if the temperature of measurement 10 rises above 95° C; the temp. must drop to 85° C before the electrical heating elementcan start up

Outdoor compensation of the accumulator’s upper part
when the outdoor temperature drops to -20° C or below.
Compensation grows linearly so that it is 0 at an outdoor
temp. of + 20° C and reaches the “Outdoor compens. of
Acc. Upper part” setting at an outdoor temp. of -20° C.

The maximum limit varies from 53° C to 55° C:
- When the outdoor temperature is above +15°C,
the maximum limit is 53° C.
- When the outdoor temperature is below -5° C,
the maximum limit is 55 ° C.
- When the outdoor temperature is from +15° C to -5° C
the temp. limit changes linearly from 53° C to 55° C
.

Calculate according to the formula: “Accumulator Upper part MIN” + Amount of outdoor com-
pensation

You can check what asks for or prevents the compressor and / or electric heater from turning
on. Start and stop delays are also displayed. In addition, the running time / on of the compres-
sor and the electric heater is displayed.
