Function and its terms
THE CONTROL OF THE COMPRESSOR:
Compressor will start up when
•
meas. 10
is lower than “Boiler Top settng” - “Hot water hysteresis”
The compressor will stop when
•
Measurement 10
has reached the “Boiler Top settng” set value
The compressor starts on the bottom of the boiler when at least 5 minutes have elapsed since the previous compressor run and
measurement 11
falls below one of the following setpoints:
•
[“controller indicated H1 supply water temperature” + 5°C - “Boiler Down hysteresis”]
or
•
[“controller indicated H2 supply water temperature” + 5°C - “Boiler Down hysteresis”]
or
•
“Boiler Down MIN limit”
or
•
“Extra heating”, if Extra heating button has been pressed.
Extra heating button:
•
pressing the button changes the setting value “Boiler Down MIN limit” at the bottom of the boiler to the setting value “Extra
heating”.
•
The Extra heating setting value is valid for the time to be defined “Extra heating time”.
The compressor stops according to the temperature of the Boiler Down when meas. 12 exceeds the following setpoints:
•
[“controller indicated H1 supply water temperature” + 5°C]
and
•
[“controller indicated H2 supply water temperature” + 5°C]
and
•
[“Boiler Down MIN limit” + “Boiler Down hysteresis”]
and
•
[“Extra heating” + “Boiler Down hysteresis”], if Extra heating button has been pressed.
The compressor stops always when meas. 12 temperature exceed “Compressor Stop” temperature
•
After this stop, the compressor can only be restarted when the temperature of measurement 10 has fallen amount of “Boiler Down
hysteresis” below the “Compressor Stop” temperature.
The compressor cannot start if:
•
measurement 12
is above the “Compressor Stop” temperature
or
•
“El. Heater” has been selected as the geothermal heating control mode in the menu. In this case, the compressor control is changed to
electric heater control.
or
•
the compressor run alarm (pressostat alarm) is active.
THE CONTROL OF THE ELECTRICAL HEATING RESISTOR:
The electrical heating resistor switches ON according to the Boiler Top temperature when
•
meas. 10
is lower than [“Boiler Top setting” - “Hot water hysteresis” - ”Boiler Top hysteresis heating resistor”].
The electrical heating resistor switches OFF according to the Boiler Top temperature when
•
measurement 10
is above “Boiler Top setting”.
The electrical heating resistor switches ON according to the Boiler Down temperature when
:
the compressor control has been ON for the “El. Heat start up delay” setpoint and
meas. 11
is below one of the following setting values:
•
[“controller indicated H1 supply water temperature” + 5°C - “Boiler Down hysteresis” - 1°C ]
or
•
[“controller indicated H2 supply water temperature” + 5°C - “Boiler Down hysteresi
s
” - 1°C]
or
•
[“Boiler Down MIN limit” - 1°C]
or
•
[“Extra heating”- 1°C], if Extra heating button has been pressed.
Anticipation of electric resistor switching on:
Anticipation is
always
performed before the electric heater is switched on. The electric heater is only switched on when the anticipation is
completed. When the electric heater is desired to switched on:
•
the dividing valve is forced to open by the setpoint “Dividing ventil Pre-open” in order to obtain a higher water flow to the electric
heater and to prevent the electric heater from overheating
•
the electric heater is turned on
•
prevents the distributor valve from running in the closed direction for the time specified by the setpoint “Dividing ventil close prevent”.
Note! The dividing valve is controlled on the basis of measurement 7; the setting value is “Boiler Top setting” + 5 ° C.
The electric heater is switching OFF according to the Boiler Down tempeature when meas. 12 is above:
•
[“controller indicated H1 supply water temperature” + 5°C - 1/2 * ”Boiler Down hysteresis”]
and
•
[“controller indicated H2 supply water temperature” + 5°C - 1/2 * ”Boiler Down hysteresis”]
and
•
[“Boiler Down MIN limit” + 1/2 * “Boiler Down hysteresis”]
and
•
[ “Extra heating” + 1/2 * “Boiler Down hysteresis”], if Extra heating button has been pressed.
The use of the electrical heating resistor has been blocked if:
•
the electrical heat. anticipation has not been completed
or
•
From the “GH control “ compressor” is chosen (heating is allowed only with the compressor)
