• Sausages tend to crackle during cooking. To create some holes with a fork to avoid
this inconvenience is advised.
•
Fresh meat allows to obtain better results compared to frozen or thawed meat.
•
Do not pour salt on meat during cooking to keep it soft.
• To obtain optimal results, the meat pieces to grill must not be too thick (about 1,5
cm).
• During cooking protect your hands with pot holders or kitchen gloves to avoid
burns.
•
An indication about cooking times is reported in the appropriate paragraph or in the
“Indicative cooking chart” chart.
CLEANING
PBefore performing cleaning operations,
always disconnect the plug from the power
socket and wait for the appliance to be
completely cooled.

Remove the thermostat (D) from the socket (C2).

Thermostat (D) and power cord cleaning
• Clean the components with a barely damp
cloth.
Never soak the thermostat (D) and
the power cord in water or in any
other liquid.
• If one of the components is damaged ask for
its replacement to the manufacturer or to an
authorized assistance centre.
