COOKING TIMES
• The reported cooking times are indicative since they could change depending on
the food type, on its dimensions and thickness, on working environmental condi-
tions and on personal preference.
The values refer to fresh and completely thawed food.
Start cooking with the plate (B) at the maximum temperature, then reduce it after
a certain time and place the lid (A). This procedure will allow you to have a crunchy
surfaced and completely cooked meat at the same time.
• If the meat surface browns before cooking completely, place the lid (A) and reduce
the temperature.
•
Chicken and turkey must be completely cooked but they mustn’t “dry”.
•
Pork meat must be perfectly cooked; cut it to check its cooking condition.
• When cooking frozen food, add 2÷3 minutes for seafood and 3÷6 minutes for meat
and poultry, according to food thickness. Check that the food is perfectly cooked
before serving it; in case of doubts keep on cooking for a little more.
