Preheat the plate (B) without the lid (A) when you have to cook sausage or little parts
of grilled meat.
e. The indicator (D2) turns off when reaching the set temperature, the grill is ready
for use.
Start the cooking operations only when the plate (B) is very hot (indicator turned off).
f. Place the food to cook on the plate (B). Flip and/or lift food from time to time to
guarantee a correct and uniform cooking, use a cooking tool (plastic or wooden)
suitable for high temperatures.
Never use metallic or sharp tools (forks, cooking pliers, knives, etc.) on the plate (B)
to not damage the non-stick coating.
Always use plastic or wooden tools which are resistant to heat.
• During cooking, the indicator (D2) turns on and off; this is completely normal. The
temperature is continuously adjusted to the set value.
During the functioning, to avoid burns, wear kitchen gloves.
- When you’ve finished cooking, turn the thermostat (D) knob
(D1) on “0” and disconnect the plug from the power socket.
- Remove the lid (A).

To check cooking better, it is possible to cook with the lid (A) lifted.

Lift the lid (A) carefully, moisture formed inside could drop on
the plate (B) causing splashes.
Hold the lid only by the handle (R).
