AT FIRST USE
• After assembling the appliance correctly:
- Place the assembled appliance on an horizontal and stable plane.
Make sure that the feet and the wheels are supported by the plane.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth to remove dust.
- Clean the removable components (lid, plate and fat collection container as it’s
described in the “Cleaning” paragraph).
- Clean the plate (B) with an absorbent
paper sheet moistened by cooking oil.
Repeat this operation after use when the
plate is cold.
- Insert the thermostat (D) in the plate (B)
plug (C2).

- Unroll the power cord completely.
- Connect the power plug to the power socket making sure that the mains power
corresponds to the one indicated on the appliance rating label.
