3.3 Removing/Replacing the Main PCB
If the PCBs are suspected of being faulty, they should be replaced, as follows:
1.
Disconnect the Cable connecting the Main PCB to the scale’s power system, for the approved
model, please disconnect the cable of rear display PCB (See Figure 3-3 and Figure 3-4.)
2. Remove the four screws that secure each PCB to the Top Housing.
3. If either the Main PCB or the Load Cell is to be replaced, note the order of the wire colors, then
carefully cut off the hot melt glue and unsolder the Load Cell Cable from the Main PCB at the
four solder points on the PCB. (See Figure 3-3 and Figure 3-4.)
