DANGER
The removal of the components shall be carried
out while wearing protective gloves.
• Unscrew the knobs (3) and remove any possible roller
unit and/or supporting surface (4).
• Unscrew the knobs (5) and remove the trays (6) under
inlet and outlet belt.
• Loosen the knob (7) and unhook the joint (8) moving
it towards the motor, disengaging the shaft (9) from
the belt.
• Remove the belt (10) drawing it out from inlet ope-
ning.
• Clean the belt removing cooking residuals by a brush
with hard bristles and rinse it with water.
• Release spring wing (11) as to disengage the pins
and remove upper heat diffuser (12).
• Release spring sheet (13) as to disengage the pins
and remove lower heat diffuser (14).
• Clean heat diffusers by a vacuum cleaner removing
any possible cooking residual and clean them by a
damp cloth.
• Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the internal part of
the cooking chamber removing any possible cooking
residual.
• Remount every component.
