Problem
Possible cause
Solution
When the fixture is powered, the
LEDs do not light up.
If the fixture is not equipped with
monitoring circuit, the LED module
could be faulty or short-circuited.
Replace the damaged LED module.
The installed electronic board could
be faulty.
Replace the electronic board.
Humidity may be present inside the
fixture.
Check the presence of humidity
inside the fixture. Clean and dry
all internal parts inside the fixture.
Check the status of the gaskets. If
necessary replace the gaskets and
reassemble the fixture.
The primary circuit may have a partial
short-circuit.
Check the status of the power
cable and, if necessary, restore the
connection.
The isolation transformer could be
faulty.
Check the status of the isolation
transformer with appropriate
instruments and, if necessary,
replace the damaged component.

If the fixture is equipped with
monitoring circuit and has recently
been under maintenance for the LED
module replacement, the monitoring
device may not have been restored.
Restore the monitoring device.
