Correct the errors
Introduction
If an error occurs, the Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 DC stops the processing of a job.
The message box gives information about the following items:

The type of error.
■
The origin of the error.
■
The solution to solve the error.
The table below shows the type of errors that can occur.

The job settings are incorrect.

The system can solve some errors, for example

Key Operator
can recover

A paper jam in a machine unit that is not accessible
for the user.
■
A user cannot start a job because the user account is
not listed in the accounts database.

The job processing fails.

■
Océ Service corrects the problems that the Key
Operator cannot recover. A message is displayed if
Océ Service has been called.
