About stapling
Introduction
The Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 DC has a internal stapler.
The internal stapler works in the following conditions:
■
The function 'Staple' is on 'Yes' ; and
■
The sets are printed on 8.5 x 11’’ paper; and
■
the sets do not contain more than 50 sheets; and
■
the sets are collected in the finisher.
If the multi-size bin is used, the Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 DC cannot staple
the sets.
You can use the offline stapler to manually staple any set with a maximum of
50 sheets.
When you prepare a copy job, you must remove the staples from the originals.
You can use the staple remover to remove and store the staples safely.
