Print Manager Spool

Colors Tab:

Colors can be specified via color verification Ids, Color setup names or Custom Tone
Names.

The 'Activate Color Setup' option, will imply a check against the printer and the load of the
specified color setup on the printer via the PJL statement: "@PJL OPMSG COLORSET-
UP= …" before the first job is sent to the printer on which the form is mounted.

The Colors property of the form can be checked against the printer only or against both the
printer and the jobs. Forms with color specifications are dedicated to printers with SRA Con-
troller for check against printer and to jobs created by the Océ Windows Printer Driver (with
Custom Tone as color mode) for check against jobs.

When checked against the printer, all colors specified in the form must be present on the
printer

When checked against the job, the number of job's colors must be lower than or equal to
the number specified in the form. The PCL statement used to detect the color is " *v#S "
where # is the color station used.Only Windows Printer Driver generates this statement.

If Color verification ID is selected, color setup name text box will be disabled and vice versa
