b. Press the [Enter].

“Feed Length: 250 mm” is displayed.
TIP

The length of media that is fed (feeding length) for confirmation adjustment printing is
normally set at 250 mm.

If you increase the feeding length, the accuracy of the Media feed compensation
improves.
To change the feeding length, press [+] or [-] and change the set value.
c. Press [Enter].
• “Printing” is displayed.
• Starts confirmation adjustment printing.

When the Confirm Print is complete, the printer enters Normal.
d. After the confirmation adjustment printing, cut the media.
4.4.3 Cutting media
Step 6:
Measure the distance between the two pluses in the confirmation adjustment print using a
ruler. Then, confirm that the distance matches the feeding length when printing.
a. If the distance does not match the feeding length, follow the procedure from Step 1 to Step 5 and
readjust.
b. If the distance matches the feeding length, proceed to step 7.
Step 7:
Perform Micro adjustment printing.
a. Display the Dist.Adj menu in the same way as in step 1.
b. Press [+] or [–] to select “PF4: Micro Print”.
