4.1.5 Media feed compensation
The feeding length depends on the media type. The following or similar results may be seen in prints.

Printed images overlap.

White lines are printed on images.
The accuracy of media feeding may be improved with the following methods.
Step 1:
Adjust the media feed compensation value.

Step 1: Display the Dist.Adj menu.
a. Press [Menu].

Menu1: Setup>” is displayed.

The operation panel shifts to the Setup menu display.
b. Press [>].

“Set1: User Type” is displayed.
c. Press [Enter].

“User: Type 1" is displayed.
d. Press [+] or [-] to select the media type to use.
e. Press [Enter].

“**>1: Print Mode” is displayed.
TIP

The selected media (Type 1 to 30) is displayed in “**”. 5.1.1 User Type menu
f. Press [+] or [–] to select “**>3: PF Adjust>”.
g. Press [>].

“PF1: Initial Print” is displayed.

Proceed to Dist.Adj menu.

Step 2: Performs initial adjustment printing.
a. Press [Enter].

“Feed Length: 250 mm” is displayed.
