This Food Sealer will make you change your purchasing habits and your way
of storing food. When you have tried to vacuum pack your food, this will be an
unavoidable part of your cooking.
Oxygen s the worst enemy of fresh food!
The main reason why food looses nutritional value, texture, taste and quality is
oxygen. Oxygen also causes freezer damage to food kept in the freezer and
enables the development of micro-organisms. Consequently, the traditional
way of storing food, such as in ordinary plastic bags or containers, is not the
optimum solution, as they encase air together with the food.
Since vacuum packing removes oxygen it seals the taste and the food is kept
fresh much longer. Removal of oxygen and preservation of food in the correct
way in the refrigerator or in the freezer will also stunt the growth of micro-
organisms that will at a later stage turn into mildew, yeast and bacteria.
