Close the door. Plug
into wall outlet
The display indicator will light
up with flashing zeros.
Press
START
.
The program
name, process
and time left for
the program to
be finished is
displayed and
counts down.
The
SWEET
program will
beep at 2:58
as a signal to
add additional ingredients
during the second knead.
At the stir beep (mixing :06,
cake 1:11), use a spatula to
fold in any flour caught in the
corners of the pan.

Press the bread button to
select the bread function. The
word
BREAD
and program
name will appear in the display
window.
Open oven door and remove
the pan using the bread pan
handle. Add ingredients to
pan and close the door. The
unit will resume the program
where it
left off.

The unit must be allowed to cool down
between each use.
NOTE:
If the door is left opened for more than
10 minutes, the unit will reset itself and
the program will have to be started
again from the beginning.
Continue pressing the BREAD button
until the desired program is displayed.
