Norstar TSP Server Configuration Guide

To log off of the Norstar TSP server:
1. On the client PC, click the Start button and then click Run.
The Run dialog box appears.
2. Enter
TCMSETUP /C /D
.
3. Click the OK button.
A dialog box appears confirming that you have logged off of the Norstar TSP
server.
4. Click the OK button.
Setting the Dialing Properties
After logging on to the server, the Norstar TSP user must set the dialing properties.
The dialing properties define how Norstar TSP will dial calls.
The dialing properties are accessed from the Dialing Properties dialog box.
To open the Dialing Properties dialog box:
1. Click the Start button.
2. Point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
3. Double click the Telephony icon.
The Dialing Properties dialog box appears.
