Installing the LMI

The LMI can be installed when the system is powered up and running. Table 
9, “LMI standard (default) switch settings,” on page 60, lists the default 
(factory provided) switch settings on the LMI. Verify the switch settings 

before installation

ATTENTION!

DO NOT ALTER JUMPER SETTINGS!

The jumpers at J3 determine board type and should 
never be removed or changed. Refer to Figure 11 for 
the proper settings for these jumpers.
