EIN VORKÜHLUNGSZYKLUS
STARTEN
Vor Beginn eines Kühl- oder Gefrierzyklus, insbeson-
dere wenn das zu behandelnde Lebensmittel groß
oder sehr heiß ist,
ist es am besten, die Zelle vorzu-
kühlen und nach Erreichen der eingestellten Tem-
peratur das Lebensmittel einzuführen.
Die Vorkühlung ist ein Kühlzyklus von unendlicher
Dauer, der allen Betriebszyklen vorausgehen kann.
Hinweise:
Wenn während der Vorkühlung die Schnellkühl- und
Tiefkühlzyklen gewählt werden, zeigt das Gerät die Zyk-
luseinstellung an.
Während einer laufenden Vorkühlung führt die Maschine
jedoch die vorgesehene automatische Abtauung durch.
Im Falle eines Stromausfalls werden alle laufenden Vor-
kühlungszyklen wieder aufgenommen, sobald die Strom-
versorgung wieder hergestellt ist.
1 Rufen Sie das Menü
SPEZIALZYKLEN | SPECIAL
CYCLES
mit der Taste
AUX
auf.

Mit den Tasten
AUX
und
MENU
blättern Sie durch die
verschiedenen Elemente, bis
“VORKÜHLUNG |
PREECOOLING” ausgewählt ist.

Bestätigen mit der Taste
START

Es erscheint der Bildschirm mit der Angabe der Tem-
peratur, die erreicht wird (im Beispiel -20°C); ändern

5 Drücken Sie auf
START
um die Vorkühlung zu starten.
Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist, ertönt ein akus-
tisches Signal, aber die Vorkühlung wird nicht unterbrochen;
sie läuft unter Beibehaltung der erreichten Raumtemperatur
weiter, bis die Taste
START
2 Sekunden lang gedrückt wird
oder bis ein Schnellkühl- oder Tiefkühlzyklus beginnt.
START A PRE-COOLING CYCLE
Before starting a Blast Chilling or Deep Freezing cy-
cle, especially if the food to be treated is large in size
or very hot,
it is preferable to pre-cool the cell and,
once the set temperature has been reached, to in-
troduce the food.
Pre-cooling is a refrigeration cycle of infinite duration
that can precede all the operating cycles.
Notes:
If blast chilling and deep freezing cycles are selected dur-
ing pre-cooling, the device will switch to displaying the
cycle setting.
During a pre-cooling in progress, the automatic defrosts
provided are in any case performed by the machine.
In case of suspension of the electricity, any pre-cooling
cycles in progress will be restarted from the beginning to
restore the current.

menu with the
AUX
key.

Use the
AUX
and
MENU
keys to scroll through the var-
ious items and then select
“PRERAFFREDDAMEN-
TO | PREECOOLING” .

Confirm with the
START
key.

The screen appears indicating the temperature that
will be reached (in the example -20°C); if necessary
modify it using the
MENU
and
AUX
keys.
5 Press
START
to start pre-cooling.
When the expected temperature is reached, an acoustic
signal is emitted but the pre-cooling is not interrupted; it
continues, keeping the cell temperature reached, until the
START
key is pressed for 2 seconds or until a blast chilling
or deep freezing cycle starts.
