Defining the System Location
The
snmp-server location
command, in Global Configuration mode, sets the MIB-II system
location string. The
no
form of this command removes the SNMP system location string.
The system location string is used for describing the physical location of this node (e.g.,
“telephone closet”, “3rd floor”). If the location is unknown, the value is a zero-length string.
