DESCRIPTION
The appliance signals a malfunction of
the sensor controlling proper combus-
tion. For safety purposes, while waiting
for the technician, the appliance is set
to saving mode.
The maximum smoke temperature
threshold has been reached; the
appliance will set to saving mode for
a certain period, with ventilation at
maximum power to cool the body.
The quantity of pellets loaded is too
high for the machine. In P/A RATIO,
reduce the pellet load by adjusting
the % (see specific paragraph).
The appliance signals a malfunc-
tioning of the probe which detects
the flame. For safety purposes, while
waiting for technical intervention,
the appliance sets to saving mode.
FAULTY PRESSURE PROBE
PHASE
DESCRIPTION
The anomaly is presented when
the user opens the door, the ash pan
or the pellet door; at this point, pellet
loading inside the brazier stops and
the electronics will emit an acous-
tic signal. The user has to close the
doors to make the product work
again operation. If this operation is
not carried out, the product will sig-
nal an alarm.

BLACKOUT
No power during operation.
SOLUTION
Press the switch-off key and then switch the
appliance back on.
If the problem persists, contact the Support
Service..

NO
SWITCH ON
The pellet tank is empty.
INadequate pellets calibration and suction
during the start-up phase.
Ignition resistor faulty or out of its position.
SOLUTION
Check for the presence of pellets in the
tank. If necessary, load some.
If the problem persists, contact the Support
Service.

PELLETS FINISHED
The pellet tank is empty.
The gearmotor is not loading pellets.
Lack of pellets.
SOLUTION
Check for the presence of pellets in the
tank. If necessary, load some.
Empty the tank to check that
there are no objects inside it.
Adjust, by increasing the load of pellets, from
“P/A RATIO”
If the problem persists, contact the Support
Service.
Anomalies, (which are not to be confused with
“alarms”), are signals which reset automatically
once the issue that caused them to activate has
been solved. Moreover, the signalling will not cause
the appliance to switch off, thus guaranteeing the
product to keep on heating the room.
Some anomalies require technical intervention by
authorized staff in order to be solved. Despite the
appliance continuing to work, the user must make
sure the problem is solved.
