Submenu 2.9: Setting of the LED floor
lighting brightness for day display mode
If this submenu is entered, display shows 09:00:xx
whereas ‘xx’ indicates the LED floor lighting brightness
setting for day display mode.
The value xx can be set from 00 to 10 whereas 00
means LEDs are off in day display mode. 01 is the
lowest brightness (10%) and 10 is full brightness
(100%).
If this menu is entered, the LEDs show the chosen
setting and the effect as set in submenu 2.12.
With button 2 and 3 the value can be set.
Setup Example:
•
The value in this menu shall be set to 09:00:07 –
(brightness 70%).
•
Clock is in day display mode or night power-down
mode.
•
Press button 1 (short) to enter the main menu 2.
•
Clock stops and displays the current set alarm time.
•
Press button 2 eight times to reach submenu 2.9.
•
Press button 1 (short) to enter the submenu 2.9.
•
Press button 2 and button 3 to set the value “xx” to
07.
•
Press button 1 long time (0.5 seconds) to leave the
submenu 2.9.
•
Press button 1 long time (0.5 seconds) to leave the
main menu 2.

Submenu 2.10: Setting of the tubes and
colon brightness for night power-down
mode
If this submenu is entered, display shows 10:00:xx
whereas ‘xx’ indicates the tube and colon brightness
setting for night power-down mode.
The value xx can be set to 00 and from 02 to 10,
whereas 00 means tubes, colons and internal 170V
power supply are switched off in night power-down
mode. 02 is the lowest brightness (20%) and 10 is full
brightness (100%).
If this menu is entered, the tubes and colons are
dimmed down the chosen setting, except if setting “00”
is chosen. If setting “00” is chosen the tubes and
colons are displayed in full brightness (only here in the
submenu 2.10, not while night power-down mode).
With button 2 and 3 the value can be set.

brightness setting for night power-down mode.
The value xx can be set from 00 to 10 whereas 00
means LEDs are off in night power-down mode. 01
is the lowest brightness (10%) and 10 is full

If this menu is entered, the LEDs show the chosen
setting and the effect as set in submenu 2.12.
With button 2 and 3 the value can be set.

Submenu 2.12: Setting the LED floor
lighting effect
If this submenu is entered, display shows 12:00:xx
whereas ‘xx’ indicates LED floor lighting effect
setting.
The settings at position ‘xx’ mean the following:
01:
LEDs are switched on with brightness level
set in submenu 2.9 and 2.11. If brightness level in
submenu 2.9 or 2.11 is set to “00” then the LEDs
are switched off while the corresponding period. If
brightness level in both submenus 2.9 and 2.11 is
set to “00” then the LEDs are switched off all the
time.
02: LEDs are fading in and out in rhythm 2
seconds (1 second fade in/1 second fade out).
